In todays video, we go to the garden store to search for the coolest rock (substrate) we can find. We saw LOTS of different kinds, but ended up choosing the best in our opinion, purchasing 1 yard of it and then the real challenge... getting it into the pond. All this was done because our next step is transferring our fish!!

Don’t get rid of the front yard pond!! You could put a pool net frame thing around it so birds don’t get ur fish & u could keep like regular birds in it that don’t harm fish lol. Like abunch of parakeet or maybe big parrots or some other types.

I suggest adding a light layer of a lighter coloured pepple to contrast against the fish, makes for easier viewing! :)

Pond is looking great! You should really consider adding a nice piece of driftwood to give it that last finishing touch.

Yea man, I actually do. Run some heavy activated carbon. I have kept many planted tank and not a huge fan of the tannins created by driftwood either,so I initially run a lot of carbon. It helps keep your water naturally clear.

Huge mistake,should of left it blue,driftwood and fish would of really shown there color, and should of put a viewing glass in front so you could see fish while in the pool,you live and learn😯
